Beaver Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 120 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Beaver Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Beaver, Allegheny, Lawrence and butler Counties as well as the counties of Southeastern Ohio, since 1969. We are located in a semi-rural area convenient to the Beaver Valley Expressway, and are within ten miles of The Medical Center of Beaver County. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
