Elkins Crest Health & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 150 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Elkins Crest Health & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties since 1966. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by trees which provide a soothing country-like setting. Jeanes Hospital, Fox Chase CA Center and Allegheny Elkins Park Hospital are just one mile from the facility. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
