Langhorne Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a leading provider of short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. Our 120 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Langhorne Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center has been serving Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties since 1981. We are located in a country setting with a pond nearby. We are centrally located within minutes of all major access roads. St. Mary's is within three miles of our facility. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
