Welcome to The Oaks at Westminster Woods where our staff, volunteers and families work together to help people regain their independence, renew their strength, or live out their lives in a caring, supportive environment.

Specialized rehabilitation therapy for people older adults needing inpatient rehabilitation after a stroke, joint replacement, fracture, or recuperative care following hospitalization. By using an individualized approach, our therapy teams shorten length of stays in the rehabilitation process, with the goal to return the person to their home as soon as possible.

Long term skilled nursing care for people needing ongoing supervision by licensed nursing staff, when they do not qualify for Medicare reimbursement, or need nursing services for a longer period of time.

Alzheimer's and Dementia care care in a safe environment with outdoor secure patios and walking area to provide freedom to wander and enjoy nature. Special programming and approaches enable residents, staff and families to create an environment that is supportive, calm and secure.

Skilled nursing respite services provide temporary relief and peace of mind to family caregivers when they are away or on vacation.
