Abington Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 80 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Abington Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Erie and Crawford counties since 1963. We are conveniently located in a residential neighborhood of Erie within four miles of St. Vincent's Hospital. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
