If you need nursing, restorative nursing, or rehabilitative care, the Buffalo Valley Nursing Care Center offers professional care with a personal touch. Our dedicated staff members will make you feel at home while being attentive to your needs. we make certain that residents always receive quality care from a gracious, well-trained, and knowledgeable staff.
In addition to care, our residents enjoy beautiful surroundings, the pleasing, uplifting company of our house pets, and socialization opportunities that only Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village’s community links can offer.
ACCOMODATIONS.
We offer both private and semi-private accommodations, including a private bath. Residents enjoy delicious meals, daily activities, organized trips, and cultural events that help to make their stay enjoyable. Whether our residents stroll down a hall to enjoy a creative-arts activity, or relax on our enclosed, outdoor garden patio, they’ll feel right at home.
24 HOURS A DAY, WE'RE THERE.
No matter what time of day or night, we offer round-the-clock care for our residents. And because we recognize that care needs may arise unexpectedly, we offer 24-hour, seven-days-a-week admissions. Our goal always is to make the transition to rehabilitative or nursing care as easy as possible for residents and their families.

Our daily rate includes the following:
- Room accommodations
- Activity program
- Housekeeping
- Meals and special diets
- Bedding and linens
- Personal hygiene supplies
- Routine nursing supplies and dressings
- Facility services for which there is a separate charge:
- Personal laundry
- Oxygen therapy and concentrator rental
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Transportation
- Incontinence Supplies
- Personal safety devices
- Prescription medication
- Beauty and barber services
- Cable television
- Personal telephone
- Specialized medical supplies
- Specialized medical equipment
- Guest meals
Services not included in the daily rate that may be covered by a health care plan such as Medicare:
- Physical, occupational, and speech/language therapy
- Certain medical supplies
- Parenteral and enteral therapy
- Radiology (X-rays)
- Laboratory and electrocardiograms (EKG)
- Dental care
- Physician and podiatrist services
- Ambulance transportation
Providers and suppliers such as physicians and dentists will bill separately for these services. Residents are responsible for any co-insurance or deductibles for the above services.
Please note that consistent with state reimbursement regulations, nursing care residents who are or who become beneficiaries of Medical Assistance will be accommodated in semi-private rooms.
