Conestoga View offers health care and medical services to meet individuals' unique and changing needs. Upon admission, we structure a custom plan of care for residents, with their personal physician and family, to ensure we provide holistic care.
Short-Term Rehabilitation
Our comprehensive rehab program includes physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy. Whether recovering from a serious illness, injury or surgery, we help individuals regain as much of their physical abilities and independence as possible.

Conestoga View's skilled nursing services are designed to meet the needs of individuals who require regular care, but not hospitalization. Our goal is to promote residents' optimal level of physical and social functioning in a comfortable atmosphere.
Memory Impairment/Dementia Care
Our memory impairment program offers a nurturing and secure environment. Residents are supported in daily activities of living and encouraged to participate in familiar and comforting activities such as reading, painting or making crafts.
Hospice
Conestoga View works closely with local agencies to provide a special system of supportive care and services. The program, which supports the entire family, addresses the physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual needs while improving the quality of life remaining.
