Independent Living
Provides maximum independence with the added ease of one meal per day, weekly housekeeping, freedom from household maintenance and access to staff 24 hours a day. Transportation, activity programs and emergency response buttons answered by a nurse are all reasons why many independent seniors select Country Meadows.
Assisted Living
Offers three meals per day, weekly housekeeping, assistance with medications, dressing and bathing, as well as emergency assistance. Our Vigor Program offers valuable Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
The William Penn Program
A short-term alternative when rehabilitation/support services are required. Also, is beneficial as a permanent residency when chronic conditions exist. For residents with physical impairments enhanced levels of assistance with dressing, bathing, meals, incontinence and medications are available options.
Meadows Program (Alzheimer's/Dementia Care)
Addresses special requirements of the individual with Alzheimer's disease by minimizing challenges and enhancing remaining abilities in a secure environment. Enhanced levels of assistance with dressing, bathing, meals, medications and incontinence in a safe, supportive program designed specifically for seniors who are struggling and coping with lapses in their short term memories on a day to day basis.
Skilled Nurse Care
Skilled and intermediate nursing care is comprised of rehabilitation services for residents with high acuity needs who have been diagnosed with medical conditions that require 24 hours monitoring by a licensed nurse. Country Meadows Nursing Center of South Hills has been a part of the surrounding community for more than 22 years and has a proud track record of providing premier care to residents. This was underscored by deficiency free inspection conducted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the fall of 2007.
