Eldercrest Nursing Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 48 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Eldercrest Nursing Center has been serving Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties since 1963. we are located in a residential neighborhood, atop a private tree-lined drive. Several senior centers, shopping areas, churches and parks are conveniently located nearby. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
