Welcome to ManorCare Health Services, a member of the Lebanon community for more than 20 years. ManorCare - Lebanon is recognized as a leading provider of advanced nursing and rehabilitation services in the area. We offer a combination of professional nursing care, rehabilitative therapies, dietary services, social work and discharge planning in order to achieve a safe and successful discharge.

Our rehabilitation team consists of physical, speech and occupational therapists helping many individuals reach their goals of returning home independently after surgery, illness or injury. In addition we provide respite/vacation care for caregivers needing a break from daily caregiving. Our Rehab Center features a 30 bed wing, a separate entrance and activities. This wing is used exclusively for short-term stays for patients with orthopedic, neurological, or complex IV therapy/wound care needs.

Our campus is located just off Route 72, and our admission team is available seven days a week to accommodate individual needs for admissions and afterhours inquiries.
