Meadowcrest Nursing Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 50 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Meadowcrest Nursing Center has been serving Allegheny and Washington counties since 1967. We are located in a residential neighborhood near several local hospitals. Meadowcrest Nursing Center is situated near several parks, retirement centers, shopping centers and churches. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
