Today we expect more.
At Menno Haven, our residents are treated like family. We want to do more than just meet physical needs. In a home-like setting, our concern is that each resident achieves the best quality of life possible. Studies show that positive physical surroundings contribute to a person’s feeling of contentment and well-being. This, in turn, affects their health.
We are more than a provider of healthcare. We at Menno Haven thoughtfully contribute to the body, mind and spirit of each individual we serve as we anticipate their changing needs.
Through our Nurturing the Spirit With Life program, our nursing centers are enlivened environments where residents and staff can share the joys of the many plants, animals and children that make our centers feel more like home. To the extent that they are able and desire, residents may share in the nurturing spirit of the center and get involve with life.
Menno Haven offers 233 beds in skilled nursing care and specialized nursing care centers. The centers offer both private and semi-private rooms. The nursing staff consists of RN’s, LPN’s, and Nursing Assistants. These professionals provide quality health and personal care services.
A wide range of support staff is available to provide quality services to our residents. Support staff includes: Dining Service, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Social Services, and Life Enrichment Activities. Chaplaincy Services are available to help meet psychological, social, and spiritual needs. The well- trained and experienced Life Enrichment staff organizes daily activities for residents. Programs include musical entertainment, lectures, discussions, sing-a-longs, parties, coffee fellowships, crafts, cooking and exercise classes.

Walden Place - Alzheimer's/Dementia Care:
Walden Place, located on the Menno Village campus, is a special and secure living setting for persons with Alzheimer’s and related dementia. Walden’s program maximizes the residents’ independence within an atmosphere of dignity, respect, trust and personal concern. This special care concept affords the resident both freedom and security within a family-like setting
