Nipple Convalescent Home is a thirty-seven (37) bed intermediate care, Medicaid certified, facility. Our home is situated along the lovely banks of the Susquehanna River in rural Perry County on Routes 11 and 15, approximately thirty miles north of Harrisburg, PA, and 25 miles south of Sunbury, PA. We offer the finest in twenty-four hour nursing care in a comfortable and friendly skilled nursing environment.
Nipple offers a warm, home-like atmosphere where you can receive comprehensive services from compassionate caregivers. All of our care is resident centered where everything is personalized, from menu options to care plans. Our building’s intimate setting allows for personal relationships to blossom between both staff and residents.
Physical, occupational and speech therapies are available with assessment and implementation done by on-site staff. This, along with Restorative Nursing combines to help all of our residents reach and maintain their highest levels of function.
