Welcome to Old Orchard Health Care Center, located on Freemansburg Avenue in Easton. We are conveniently located near Route 33, Interstate 78 and Route 22 and provide skilled nursing care and rehabilitation.
Our 60-bed MedBridge Unit includes a new rehabilitation gym with state-of-the-art equipment and internet cafe. Our semi-private rooms include flat screen televisions with complimentary cable. The unit is designed for the short-term patient that is transitioning between hospital and home. Typical MedBridge patients may need IV therapies, wound care, orthopedic and joint replacement rehabilitation, as well as stroke recovery. Our in-house therapists provide physical, occupational and speech therapies with positive outcomes for those recovering from illness, injury or surgery.
