Orangeville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120 resident Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by the rolling hills and landscaped country side just minutes from Bloomsburg and Berwick, Pennsylvania and less than an hour from the larger metropolitan areas of Wilkes-Barre, Scranton and Williamsport.

ONRC provides a full range of nursing and therapy services. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists are experienced in all areas of rehabilitation including post surgical care, including hip and knee replacement, wound care, and post CVA (stroke) rehabilitation. We have an excellent ongoing relationship with our surgeons and family practitioners at our local hospitals. We are dedicated to getting you back home as soon as possible.

Our Social Service staff are dedicated to providing the best in discharge planning, ensuring that all residents have all the needed services for a smooth transition home. We also offer psychological and psychiatric services that will assist both our short term and long term residents with adjustment to their new living situation. We are also capable of providing a safe environment for dementia residents.

Orangevilleâ€™s Activities Department is second to none with large activities room, a facility greenhouse, and three outdoor activity areas so our residents can enjoy our country setting. Major activities are planned throughout the year including family picnics, talent shows, bingo madness parties with other area facilities and senior centers from our area. Individual and small group activities are geared toward the specific needs and likes of our residents.

Menus at ONRC are individualized for each resident and our nutritional program is under the direction of a Registered Dietitian. We also feature many "special events" including our Gourmet Dining Program, Homemade Ice Cream Socials, and Family Picnics.
