Scenery Hill Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been providing quality service to Indiana and the surrounding area since 1967. We have a ««««« 5-star Rated Facility according to recent surveys done by CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid).
Scenery Hill Manor has new owners, new leadership and a dedicated staff. We are moving forward and committed to providing quality care and support to our residents and their families.
Our well trained professional staff, consisting of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and State Certified Nursing Assistants provide 24 hour skilled nursing care. Licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services are provided in house as ordered by your physician.
Our combined team approach assists those afflicted by conditions such as stroke, respiratory illnesses, fractures, diabetes, wound care needs, etc. to achieve their highest degree of independence. Our licensed professionals tailor programs to meet each resident’s goals and specific needs.
Our facility is newly renovated, with all modern amenities, featuring a newly decorated living room and recently updated activities room. Resident rooms feature individual air conditioning units, electrically adjustable beds, and modern furnishings. The hub of our facility is our inner private courtyard, beautifully landscaped, with an abundance of perennials and outdoor furnishings.
Our mission is to assist each residents in achieving and maintaining the highest possible quality of life, while preserving their dignity and independence. At Scenery Hill, we treat the whole individual, addressing their clinical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs. Our smaller size encourages personalized services for each resident. The staff take time to get to know each resident and develop programs specific to their needs.
Licensed by Medicare and Medicaid programs, we accept most major insurances and our business office will electronically process these claims. The office can provide assistance with the completion of application forms for State and Federal medical programs.
