At Sena Kean Manor, our approach to nursing care is pairing residents needs with our professional skills. We serve all residents with kindness and maintain the respect they deserve while providing professional medical care, compassionate support and access to resources 24-hours a day.
Located on Scenic Route 6 in Smethport, Sena Kean Manor is set at the foot of the Allegheny Mountains—a beautiful backdrop for the campus. The towns of Bradford, Coudersport, Kane and Port Allegany, PA, and Allegany and Olean, NY, are within a 30-minute drive.
Sena Kean Manor's interdisciplinary team of professionals works closely with residents’ personal physician to deliver the utmost in coordinated care. We also involve families in the care planning process and encourage their support to aid in the recovery process or in transition to their new home.
Short-Term Rehabilitation
We provide one-on-one rehabilitation focusing on measurable outcomes to help individuals regain as active and independent a lifestyle as possible after an accident, injury or serious illness. We offer cost-effective medical management and physical, speech and occupational therapy.
Long-Term Skilled Nursing
Our traditional skilled nursing care assists individuals who can no longer live alone due to a chronic illness or the infirmities of aging.
Respite Care
Through respite care, individuals can reside at Sena Kean Manor for a short stay and receive the same services and amenities as full-time residents. Respite stays are available on a daily basis.
Post-Acute Care
Our post-acute care provides services to individuals needing additional support to recuperate following a hospital discharge.
Alzheimer's & Dementia Care
Sena Kean Manor provides specialized care for individuals with memory impairments. In this secure and nurturing environment, we maximize residents’ remaining abilities to the fullest and preserve their learned habits. Families benefit from our individual counseling services and support groups.
Hospice Care
Sena Kean Manor offers a hospice suite and a full complement of services for individuals living with progressive and terminal illnesses, as well as supportive services for family members.
