Nestled in the serene beauty of the Laurel Highlands, South Fayette Nursing Center has been meeting the health care needs of Western Pennsylvania, Western Maryland, and Northern West Virginia for over 30 years. The nursing home has been under new private ownership and management since 1994. Since that time, a multitude of positive changes have occurred, which have enabled us to improve the quality of our environment and the quality of care provided to our residents and their loved ones.
South Fayette Nursing Center has the capacity to serve 60 residents. We strive to provide excellent staffing, exceeding required staff-to-resident ratios. We also exceed required hours of on-site education regarding such important issues as preventing abuse, respecting residents' rights, and the most up-to-date health information possible. These steps better equip us to meet the goals of our mission, the goals which drive the manner in which care is provided daily to our residents.
