Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 200 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Berks, Schuylkill, Lebanon and Lancaster Counties since 1967. We are located in a residential area two blocks from Reading Hospital. Parks, retirement centers, shopping centers and churches are all located within several blocks of our facility. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
