Tremont Health & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 180 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
Tremont Health & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Schuylkill, Lebanan and Dauphin Counties since 1981. We are located in a quiet wooded country setting. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
