Valley View Home , a center for caring, is Blair County's skilled nursing facility. The facility is licensed for both Medicare and Medical Assistance coverage. We provide individualized care plans for each of our residents and encourage family involvement in the rehabilitation process. Our thoroughly trained staff is equipped to provide specialized nursing and medical care along with physical, speech, occupational and art therapies in addition to on-site dental, optical, and podiatry services.
