Nursing Care is provided in our Medicare/Medicaid Certified Health Center, focusing on person centered care. The Health Center is comprised of the following units: Green Houses, Alpha South, Leffler Care, and Tranquil Terrace.

*These services are provided for an additional fee.
We take a complete interdisciplinary team approach to health services. We develop and execute care plans which meet individual resident needs and help our residents function at their highest level of physical and psychosocial function. We strive to maintain individual dignity and personal comfort.
Our on-site Nursing Assistant Training Program is conducted by Harrisburg Area Community College. This program provides inidividuals interested in entering the nursing profession the opportunity to obtain basic nursing skills. We also serve as a clinical site for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) programs at Lebanon County Career and Technology Center and Harrisburg Area Community College.
