Throughout the duration of your loved one's stay at Spring Creek, a team of dedicated maintenance, dietary, and housekeeping personnel are available to ensure your loved one's stay is pleasant. The facility's amenities and services emphasize recovery and wellness during all the many stages of life's journey.
Comfortable accomodations, respect, friendships, and distinguished skilled nursing care is what you will see at Spring Creek. The dedicated team of health care professionals at Spring Creek is committed to meeting your loved one's acute and or chronic medical needs. A warm and neighborly campus offers comfortable accomodations throughout the facility including: a beauty and barber shop, a gift shop, a library and lounge, and a spacious recreational room.

Spring Creek offers both private and semi-private rooms which are fully furnished, along with a private dining room and recreational room on each nursing floor. Residents receive delicious and nutritious meals three times a day along with mid-day and evening snacks. The volunteer-run gift shop is located on the main level and is open daily for residents to frequent.
On the main floor is a spacious recreational room that opens unto a beautiful landscaped courtyard, which is utilized for planned social events, theme parties, and weekly worship services.
REHABILITATION THERAPY
Spring Creek offers a comprehensive and therapeutic therapy program to assist all of their residents in reaching their fullest potential. Elite Rehabilitative Services, the in-house therapy team, offers the residents: physical, speech, and occupational therapies. The licensed therapy team works with the residents to create and develop an individualized care plan tailored to each resident's specific needs.
The goal of the therapy team encourages and motivates participants to increase their level of independence as quickly as possible. Rehabilitation therapies are performed five days a week at the large and spacious therapy gym with therapy
evaluations being conducted six days a week.
If needed the therapists will perform rehabilitation therapies at the resident's bedside. Interactive group therapy sessions are held weekly and incorporate socialization with daily therapy exercize.
ACTIVITIES
The residents of Spring Creek participate in a variety of fun, social activities and planned recreational events, which are coordinated and hosted by their activities department and a team of volunteers. The activities are designed to promote and strengthen friendships in a positive and social environment. A combination of both restorative nursing care and an interactive social environment enhances the lifestyles of their residents.
